so i purchased a msr206u and purchased a dump from a site that only gave track 2. No im using escan Exeba-COMM 9.0 to write the track onto track 2.
I have a few questions to get started on this.
Do you need track one? Because when i try to write it it says file command error.
Im trying to change the name, i click write says successful but when i read it it still has old name on it.
What am i doing wrong? Please help!!
