Да все я понимаю, и что такое прокси, и какой у него функционал и чем отличается динамический от статического, просто вроде есть такие сервисы, на которых можно по запросу менять свой ip до нужного по локации и который пройдет прверку против мошенничества. Все относительно понятно, у меня уже есть и подтвержденный прогретый аккаунт на амазоне, я не могу понять, как мне привязать кредитную карту к аккаунту без подтверждения из смс, которое будет отправлено кардхолдеру. Зачем мне левые номера, хоть пусть будут и по локации и супербелые. Вот этот вопрос для меня не понятен. Позвонить в банк и сменить номер кардхолдера? Так они все равно проверят, позвонив по старому привязанному номеру, да и вопросов специфических будут задавать массу.
