Hello Paypal limit question

He i have got a payment trough paypal that i have made.
but the paypal account is a false name so i cant verifie it.
but now my question is how can i cash it out
it's 1K?

There are many ways to overcome that problem, you see this error on paypal because 1) your account is new 2) you have received the funds freshly.

You have to either wait 1-2 weeks, or send the funds in small batches, or call paypal support, or generate a paypal pay button and transfer the funds from account A to account B.
