Hashed CC numbers !!!

Have DB of hashed CC numbers.
Is it possible to crack it ?

Example:

4C+mvS5o2s3qlVggA7mku0OBLG5huWj2paqfEnsrodI=

You should be able top crack the hash. However, you will have to figure out what kind of hash it is. That is the hard part, cracking hashes is not hard. Look at the code from the site the db was taken from it may have some clue as to what kind of hash it is.
