ok to let you know how this story going , there is about 10 dumps Supplier's from all the world 2 Russian's and 3 Romanian and 1-2 Mexican and 2 Ukrainian and more 1-2 those the real dumps Supplier's in the world and all other seller's is called a Resellers like when vendor buy from them he be like 2nd seller and another seller buy from him and he be 3th seller that how the things going , and about skimmer its can get maximum in a day around 50-100 dumps and for sure if u have one u will use them for ur self . those guys have a connect with the POS's Of Big place's and for sure we dont know how they do that cus its for expert hacker's only i think so

well .. it is possible to get dumps directly from the victim`s computer without swipe the cards ...
you need to enter intro the system 1st ( RDP / VNC easiest way) use a keylogger, encrypt your keylogger file & plant it intro the victims computer. ... or use a sniffer .
anyway you will need admin access to the victims computer in order to to that .
