I know skimmed dumps are from ATM or POS, but how do they hack tracks+pin?

And why is it better skimmed? I mean the info is the same, why would skimmed be better than hacked?

HAcked from pos servers is bullshit, skimmed is bullshit (becuase for example u got base whis 1000 dumps, after u use 30-50 dumps, all another will die, becuase bank can easy see from wich source are they, and blocked that dumps)

The difference between skimmed and hacked dumps/tracks is that skimmed cards have stable solid information that you know you will not fail with, hacked dumps instead, are more of a headache, when you decrypt or extract dumps out of a hacked machine/pos you can end up with different results than the ones that are real, hacked dumps are shady. Skimmed are better for their stable and certainty/proof of being real as they have been skimmed off straight off the credit card.

Also as for hacked dumps avoid buying them, hack them yourself or find a real good/trusted seller if you decide to buy.

Such problems occur only when user will use bad tools.
If you know what you are doing, hacked dumps will be AT LEAST same quality
no one sells skimmed dumps, even tho' they say that

Skimmed Dumps are good If they are being skimmed from a rich state and luxury place. And they last for few months/weeks before It start flagging depends on the bank.

Hacked Dumps are various from different states but It last much longer than the skimmed ones If you know your bins you're okay.
