When you stop doing the wrong things, you have more room to make yourself happy. Therefore, starting today:
1. Stop scoring on your goals
Many people dream of success, others wake up and plow tirelessly. Actions and changes are simply ignored when needed. Pull yourself together. What you don’t start doing today will not end tomorrow by itself.
2. Stop blaming others and making excuses
Stop blaming others for what you have or not, or for what you feel or don't feel. When you blame others for your own experiences, you deny responsibility and keep the problem. Become responsible for your life.
3. Stop avoiding change
If nothing changed, there would be no dawn tomorrow. Many of us are comfortable here and now, although the entire universe is constantly changing. Taking it as it is is essential to our happiness and overall success.
4. Stop trying to control the uncontrollable
If you try to control everything and then worry about things that cannot be controlled, you are setting yourself up for frustration and suffering.
5. Don't ignore your inner voice
The mind is an excellent tool when used correctly. Be aware of your mental self-talk. We all speak within ourselves, but we are not always aware of what we are saying and how it affects us.
6. Stop criticizing
The negativity you throw at other people will gradually cripple your happiness. When you are comfortable with your own imperfections, you will not feel threatened or resentful about the imperfections you see in others.
7. Stop running away from your problems and fears
They all discourage risk and decision making. Fears and problems keep you in a limited zone, a zone of comfort. But all life, miracles and dreams are behind her.
8. Stop living in a different time and place
Many people constantly whine about what they could have done, what might have happened. If only ... The past cannot be returned, and the future has not yet come. No matter how much time we spend lamenting about what happened (or not), it won't change anything.
9. Don't try to be who you are not.
One of the biggest challenges in life is being yourself in a world that is trying to make you like everyone else. Someone will always be prettier, smarter, younger, but they will never be you.
10. Don't be ungrateful
It would seem that not all the pieces of the puzzle in this life fit together. But over time, you will realize that they fit, and very well. Therefore, be grateful for what happened to you and what it led to.
