Well, if you have a very good exploit pack or silent java driveby, porn is a good method of spreading indeed. You can even setup your own porn tube like youporn.com, redtube.com and be spreading your botnet.

But as far as I can see, not healthy bots from porn, all poor people with no useful, juicy accounts.
