yes you have to apply for a real debit greendot then put the moneypak on the greendot then go to a atm and cashout

I am in Virginia, I never tryed this but wanted to. But i still just buy Visa Gift cards of 100's and I can cash them out into cash with a small fee.

Get money order at Krogers, it allows u to do it Via credit, Then just simply go cashout the money order, at any check cashing place. lol

bro you can buy money packs with dumps but noy @ not dammn Krogers
some places and greendots know when it carded they some times turn off card for any reason and want to mail you a check i hate that shit
but them days was long time ago and gonna be over soon

Apparently u not listen, read my other post, i never bought money packs, but i buy visa gift cards 100's... and turn them into cash by getting money order at krogers with the visa 100's i carded with dumps at walmart. and then i go and cashout the money order into cash. read b4 u give negative dumb ass
