Good Embosser Models

Hey guys,

What are some good embossers. A guy in another thread said Datacard 150i but that is 5 grand. Is there any others you guys would recommend? Also, what do you guys recommend for the security characters? The V and M.

get the one thats from dxr china check em on alibaba.com i got mine there package embosser plus tipper shipped to us for 645$ cant beat that its manual but works for me

Thanks. I never would of thought of alibaba. What do you do for security characters like the Italic V for Visa and the M for Mastercard?

Datacard 150i 10-15k on ebay.. maybe 5k broken

if your just starting out, just buy the manual embossers sold on ebay, they come with M and V. Few hundred bucks. You dont need a datacard unless your doin hundreds to thousands of cards each week.

the datacard i150 ...it was a refurbished model. If you search it on google shopping there is a couple of them. yeah it looks like manual is the way to go.

manual embossers have the v and M but the tipper i am not sure how good they work, alibaba is the best way to buy all electronics like msr and printers ..... always keep the embosser spring that comes in side extra , you will never know when that will be needed. check with aliexpres thats the online shopping site of alibaba where u can find one for 420$ including shipping..... around 300$ a manual embosser.

The manual tippers are pretty good actually. Also they can press heatpress holos onto plastic if you decide to up your game

You can find a semi-automatic tipper which is much easier for work at around 2k. Check on kijiji for the CT-80 model.
