Is there a way to get a working debit or credit card with a specific name on it without opening a bank acct under that name (or purchasing an offshore debit card or whatever)?
It's like maybe I have the ID's to open a foreign bank acct but am looking for a cheaper way. I tried reloadable debit cards but now they all seem to demand SSN's and the ID's I have are not from the USA, hence no SSN. If I was in Cali I could go through Bank of America but I am not.
