I was wondering how I would go about getting the cash I have in-hand onto my liberty reserve account. Can anyone describe the process for me?

Visit the liberty reserve site and look for official exchangers. WU/MG for LR is usually the easiest method, and they're official exchangers so you can't go wrong. Always type [ "DomainName.com" scam ] without [ and ] into Google and check that there's no immediate red flags.
