If you mean the java runtime environment, then yes but only if you choose to use the .jar extension. We can also encrypt it to a traditional .exe. If you're unsure which option to choose then we can decide for you as some types of RATs (like Cybergate) can not be crypted as a .jar

Apparently, there are almost no crypters available in the public which are able to crypt zeus/spyeye builds because they are coded in .net,that makes them framework 2.0 dependent. No one here is interested in hackforums crypter coded by skids,so you didn't trash anyone's thread.

And buying a crypter with lifetime license for $30-$50 is just ..bullshit. Except one of those crypters coded by rippers.
