Well actually there is. I'm assuming the OP has been using http://www.thefreevpn.com/ but it has been down for several days.

This what i've been doing in the meantime : Go to www.hideipvpn.com, go to the Premium service tab at the top and register for a free trial account. You'll get emailed a username and password so that you can connect to their UK, US or DE VPN server, which is valid for 1 hour. HOWEVER, if you connect to the server ans STAY CONNECTED TO IT, then you can stay on it for as long as you want. Whenever you disconnect, you cannot reconnect using that password/username again, so all you do is load up your socks and either use a different computer (or virtual machine) and create another free account, and do the same again.

Been working great for me for the past few days, and all for free.

I use PAYG UMTS modems, so trust isn't an issue for me as they are untraceable anyway. I only use the VPN so that i can card the same sites over and over again as it will vary by IP ranges

blackVPN takes paypal, probably cardable but seriously why so cheap? just pay the $5/mth with an anonymous throw away virtual visa or something.

only ever use OpenVPN with IP6 disabled. i wouldn't sign into email with hotspotshield, that's insane might as well just post your passwords everywhere on the internet

Any thing free is not worth using... I have us usaip.eu and I pay with LR with a dedicated servers as well.
