but i think u can setup vpn in dedicated with ccproxy
or frm c panel
and give away free
and see logs
ftp have plain auth so u can see user/pass
and many others site too
maybe i am wrong but no sense to give free vpns away
anyone can get from google that

man i hacked a website .cc shop / and there's VPN for sale in it. i am providing them to all.
