The defendant, with the help of spam mailing programs, offered services to promote business accounts and personal pages of users. Potential customers contacted him, then the man provided bank card details for the transfer of an advance payment. After receiving the funds, he did not fulfill his contractual obligations.
Currently, it is known about more than 100 victims who transferred more than 60 thousand rubles to the Pinsk resident. Other victims are being identified, including in other regions of the country.
