Few questions - Ordering to drop service

I am looking for advice on working with a drop service on liquid and illiquid merch.
Could not find a detailed guide in the forum.

1. If I'm purchasing illiquid goods, i should put in drop address rather than the cc's billing? Re-routing a parcel is not neccessary?
2. Is it neccessary to put in # and mail of the holder for an order?
3. If so, is FloodCRM a reliable service or any better ones out there?
4. If i hit one store, can I wait few hours to put in another order on same address / is it safe to go ahead and hit dif store?

Advanced Trick to Change PayPal Shipping Address

Some online stores accept PayPal, and that's where our little PayPal trick comes in:

1. Load your cart and proceed to checkout.

2. Use the cardholder's real address for the shipping address.
This is very important - PayPal requires a valid address.

3. Make sure the details match PayPal's records for that card.

4. Click "Pay with PayPal".
PayPal sees the verified shipping address and relaxes.
Their anti-fraud system rests. Authorization is successful.

5. After PayPal approval, but BEFORE final confirmation:
Some stores allow you to "preview" your order.

6. Change the shipping address to your drop's shipping address.
PayPal won't even notice.

7. Click the "Pay Now" button.
The transaction processes using the pre-authorized PayPal token. Stores receive updated shipping information. The package is on its way to your drop.

This works because PayPal performs a security check during the initial authorization. Stores will happily process the order with the new shipping address, and your stolen goods are practically in your hands.

This advance PayPal trick is new to me very interesting all have to try it better then calling shop and having them change the shipping address manually saves time.

Some notes:
1. Not all stores and courier delivery services do "reroute" or "hold".
2. For successful payment and order placement, it is always better to use the "billing=shipping" method.
3. Not all stores allow you to change the delivery address immediately after payment. In this case, change the address by calling or sending a message to the employee.

1. Do I have to set up a paypal in the name of cc holder? Or do I simply purchase a paypal account with linked info already.
2. If it is purchasing a paypal account, do you have any reputable vendors?

This method also works with some online stores. Search, try and keep your personal list of good stores for carding.

Some antidetect browsers have the ability to warm up an account. Look at "Linken Sphere", for example.

There are no resources to bypass security. The standard antifraud system works. Carding works best in the iPhone app.

I meant the pumping up with transactions & replenishing part.
But thank you, I am aware of the warm up option, currently testing if it's better to do it manually or thru Linken Sphere warmup.
