I don't think that a fed would give you dumps for free, that would be entrapment, it's more likely somebody trying to hook you in and the rip you as soon as you get comfortable with doing biz with him

I think you would have to be really high up on the food chain for them to do that, and then that would probably not be the way they would try to get you
unless you had gotten on somebody's radar and they are just trying to verify your location, I mean that's just what I think you know?
I would suggest just to be on the safe side cover your tracks use any tool you have to when downloading anything anybody sends you, plus do not for any reason use it yourself, get somebody else to work it for you as far away from you as you can just in case they are trying to locate you, just my two cents on that, be safe remember brothers this is getting harder by the minute.
