When you receive thank you it’s not shipped don't be Happy yet. Wait after 15 minutes if no cancelled then be expecting a farfetch package. 
Don't try to overcharge again if they don't cancel the order, because they will immediately cancel all. Wait to receive the package and repeat the process again till card cries.
