It is established that a 33-year-old resident of Rechitsa posted ads on the social network about the sale of gadgets and lured out a deposit. His offers were characterized by low prices, and the man simply downloaded images of popular phone models from the Internet. There, he also purchased photos of passports of citizens of other countries, which he used to issue virtual cards of foreign banks to receive money from victims. Having achieved the desired result, the "merchant" stopped contacting and deleted the fake pages.
Despite the conspiracy measures being taken, the operatives were on the trail of the attacker. Currently, his involvement in more than 30 cases of deception of customers has been established.
Investigators have opened criminal cases for fraud. The defendant was arrested.
