why would anybody NOT use ebay? if you need to buy with lr its very easy to convert lr to legitimate MP to load paypal. i do it all the time then ditch the account after i receive the item. i got stuff on ebay for a fraction of the price they usually sell for and brand new. but you cant just buy an msr, you need an embosser at the bare minimum. and i paid 2k for a great evolis pvc printer, a tipper, an embosser and an msr. all was brand new.

Why would I need an embosser? I just need msr+ blank plastic.
also , I do not think paypal works in my country and therefore I think I would need to verify and all that shit
