Shame about I.C.
He was a good guy, although his Ukraine drops were a little unreliable and he bought LR though bank wire which should be 2-4 hours, but depending on timezone could been upto 24 hour. His customer service was crap.
WU>LR exchange is not dead, but the risk of doing so is high, carded WU is a killer for exchangers and buying LR can take time.
Not an official advert (sorry admins!) - but I can exchange WU>LR but @10% and I need a scan of WU receipt , NO ONLINE WU, only cash in Shop.
Cannot afford advertise fee here for the little $ I make on WU>LR.
