EU 201 In UK

Anyone have experience with using 201 in UK let me know...

Have tried in a few stores and 'only' a few stores machine would allow swipe after 2/3 errors some keep asking for chip read continuosly with no success even after countless error when put in chip reader first

I thought a POS will always fallback to mag.stripe, also if the plastic is w/o chip and dump 201?!
Or is it wrong?

some Pos in europe ( most of western europe ) have EMV system , so he could detect if u try to swipe a 201 or 101 card . when u try to swipe a 201 sometimes Pos dont understand and need read the chip for approval .
UK = shitty country + if u r 201 are from UK ur fucked . some 201 of other country work becoz for international transaction read only TR2 .
