Hi,

Sorry if this i elementary but I couldn't find a straight answer from everywhere I searched.

If I were to purchase dumps with PIN what would I theoretically need to cashout at an ATM?

A cared writer? i.e: http://www.tyner.com/magnetic/msr_card_writer.htm
Plastics? Would these need to be embossed?

What else?

You can't buy dumps + pin unless you like to lose money

If you were to get into a partnership with someone who is providing you D+P to cashout on a % basis then yes, all you will need is a msr206/406 etc.

The cards do not have to be embossed. You could theoretically use the white cards but you don't want to be seen putting blank white cards into ATM's anywhere.

Just go to 7-11 and stuff a bunch of those visa gift cards in your pocket and encode the dumps on those.

Let's say you buyed Dump+pin which I doubt but sometimes it may happen if you have very very long time partner who you trust and he will sell it to you.I use to buy d+p like 4 years ago 500$ a piece but not anymore.OK let's go head you need

1 any magnetic stripe card
2 encoder I recomend msr206


Be carefull again nobody will sell you d+p that's like selling 100$ for 50$ all you will get is loosing your money

The only people I know that give up D+P are for % partnerships and that's only to people they trust. Never heard of someone selling it before.

Ok I will tell you why...7 out of 10 cards use to give more than 500$ and + if you have the right info you can lift the atm withdraw limit .it's a public forum I am not going to tell here all the ways why it's worth it....Even now I am ready to buy for 500$ d+p
