"Employees of the National Security Service of Interpol of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, together with operatives of the GUUR of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the GU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow, detained a citizen of the Republic of Turkey Yanar Ramazan on the territory of the capital. He has been on the international wanted list since December 2015 on charges of forgery of official documents, as well as illegal use of bank cards," said Irina Volk, an official representative of the Russian Interior Ministry.
