Salute, anatomists, success – the concept is relative and purely personal. Each person perceives it completely differently. In this article, I will share my view on successful and correct business management and, in fact, on success in general.
The path to success is an arbitrary line, along the movement of which you can meet both straight and winding sections. This "roughness" depends on many aspects, obstacles that you may encounter and slow down your progress, as well as on your actions aimed at eliminating these very obstacles as soon as possible.
You know, I believe in the words of one famous person: "To take off, you need to push off from something. Even if from their mistakes." I had such a period in my life that I lost everything. All the fortune I made in 10 years of backbreaking work has sunk deep and for a long time. Depression, all the cases, what's there to tell… But then there was a clear-up. I began to analyze all the mistakes I had made, and I realized where I had gone wrong, and how to proceed in the future, so as not to jump on the same rake again.
I will tell you about the list I compiled, which I read every day and became a successful businessman again. To reach the heights of creating a business, you need to:
1. Reset all masks! This is a very important quality for running a successful business. After all, only by opening up, showing yourself real, you can give others the opportunity to understand who they are dealing with. You will be attracted to people who, first of all, will be needed by you and with whom you will be comfortable in the future to cooperate and have common business.
2. Don't "clamp down" on your mistakes. Share your mistakes with others to help prevent others from making them. For you, repetition is the mother of learning, and for others, it is good.
3. "Spare roads". Always be prepared for unforeseen situations – prepare, just in case, backup action plans. When my business failed, I had nothing and so it was even harder. Naked enthusiasm and ingenuity must be supported by something.
4. Be aware of your pros and cons. This is probably one of the main tools of a successful entrepreneur-businessman. Thanks to its advantages, you can easily "crush" competitors and detractors, and disadvantages keep you in constant shape and support the desire to become better.
5. Moral support. A necessary point on the way to achieving your goal. For someone-support, for someone else's example. For me, this was a fellow countryman who achieved a lot in his industry. This is really an example to follow, from which you want to learn everything and to the maximum! I admire the very fact that I know such a person, and that he helped me in a very difficult period for me.
6. Borders. As I said in the first paragraph, you need to be open and sincere. But, as in any business, there are certain limits. You need to control yourself in situations "on the edge", so as not to express too much to your colleagues, it is better to switch to baklava (oh, praise) and positive. And, of course, for all the openness, it's worth remembering that not everyone around you is as friendly and sincere as you are. Stay alert will not be superfluous!
7. Your product. It is better to focus on the products of one area and narrow the circle of customers. You will have confidence in getting a stable income!
8. Realism in plans. Don't confuse dreams with goals! Set yourself a high bar, but one that can actually be achieved. Clear goal planning is a huge step towards success!
9. Responsibilities. Having correctly distributed the areas of activity and responsibilities between subordinates, you can be calm for the conscientious performance of tasks.
On the way to a successful business, I encountered bummers, dangers, and the need to look for workarounds. But after going through all this, drawing up a clear plan of action and understanding how this life system works (I'm talking about the moral and mental state), I came to the conclusion that all this is a big and exciting BUSINESS journey. The main thing is not to get on a desert island!
