Let's make a closed group, you can leave it empty, but it's better to throw in some "private" or "home" photos, there are tons of them on the Internet, and you know it yourself. Get about 100-150 subscribers to the group, preferably no more. Add a description about "leaks of home and private photos" and a paid entrance. Don't forget that you need to buy several left accounts and work from them.
Step-by-step instructions:
1) Create a group, move on to finding victims.
2) These are young girls, the best option is 18-23 years old.
3) Write to them the following (from the left account):
"Hi, you don't seem like one of those whose photos are constantly leaked to (insert a link to the group). Therefore, I want to warn you that someone added your photos there. Better write to the administrator so that he deletes them."
4) You will probably be asked questions, but we will not answer from this account anymore (you can try and chat, but I suggest this option to save time).
5) Send this message to as many people as possible.
6) Log in to the administration account and see a mountain of messages. Many of them will be consumed by curiosity and will pay for access to the group.
I advise setting the entry price at no more than $2-3.
