e-gift cards from cashstar.com

Cashstar.com is the company that sends egift cards for companies like Starbucks, GAP and BestBuy. Theyre gift cards seem hard to card. I have success with companies that dont use this cashstar, but none that do. Yet I see some people have success with Bestbuy and such.

So how can I card these e-giftcards? Is it just super good AVS? Theyre site says they take all fraud responsibility so Im wondering if they call the card holder every time.
