He was banned by me (banned, not labeled as ripper) untill payment process and verification will be proceeded, coz as we know NOONE will be able to advert and/or spam our members. Because 95% of sellers who dont have money to pay for advert is 3rd or evern 5th hand resellers who is broke and will rip you off.
I thought to wait while he will pay for advert and bring him back. Its usual practice.
