I had the same problem about a year ago. Used US material in EU. At first all was ok, but then out of 10 dumps only 1-2 would give like 300 in purchases. I almost went broke with that. I quit buying material from fozzy. Started using EU stuff which was a lot better. But now it is extremely hard to find EU sellers. All vendors advertise that they sell eu stuff but when asking them - they have none. WTF?

Stop using classics and invest in better dumps, sigs, corps, etc. Definitely you need to keep track of ALL successful bins that get purchases and in time you will find the bins that work better. Buy only those. You will see an increase in profits!

I have seen a major decline since about 6 or 7 months ago. Before that, my bins could get up to 15k per dump and average $800 per dump. Now same bin max $1200 and averages $300 per dump. Carding is slowly dying but there is still money to be made people!!!

Actually i disagree with some of you guys statements. I had a supplier who sold fresh hacked dumps that were from shops in my state and those worked and still (about 10% are still valid 3 months later) currently work at about 98%..before and during the holidays about 800-1200/dump now they probably do about 400/dump.
NOW about 300 dumps have been purchased from hmm 4/5 sellers with the same bins and thier valid rate is about 30%.
So dumps arent dead, however i believe alot of sellers do mix old/new dumps brining down the rate of success. If my old supplier ever returned i would buy him out, many of these current suppliers are crap....srry just venting

i have to say...i agree and disagree... PayPal to amex.. cheap cheerful and can produce great results from untouched pos system who havent had charge backs... if all else fails to go clubs hotels buy bottles of champagne and sell on...

400 to 1.5k eur per card easy .
After if u use always same bin in same area bank reduce the % of approved on this bin due to the Big Fraud activity on this Bin .

i try my lucky with 1 bin for mastercard standart usa in europe , so work fine , 1 first time , get more than 2k , i swipe first time , second time , always i check it on checking is approved , so iam happy , after few days , i think 3 or 4 , check , approved in checking , i swipe , approved , 300 euros , good , after inmediatly in checking Hold call !! the banks make good security this time , i agree with you , some works , yeah , but very dificult get a good bins you can swipe more than 1 swipe !!

I think there are a lot of variables to look at here that would determine quality of dumps. How dumps were acquired, age of base, how many hands it has passed onto before you get. So even having a known good bin sometime can be dead because of how base is handled.

Ive seen a bin work excellent one base, then the next base all fail.

But I have seen quality in dumps go very far down recently.

Its the vendors guys trust me......you still have to know your bins very well but when I get fresh from a trusted guy and they bang high and the next time from one of the new vendors and 70% decline of the same bins .....what does that tell you...They mix old and new stuff charge 30-40% more and still get good feedback from asskissers and false feedback...and now there is so many of them its funny....to many resellers and 3rd and 4th hand data.

I dont think its vendors. I think its just the increase of swiping and the increase of security any more.

If you put in the work to get your own dumps from skimming or what have you, you know the dumps are fresh and good and when you use them in the area or in a close by area, the banks will be likely to let the purchases slide because it might not throw any red flags.

If you skim them yourself and you know the source is good then you will have NO problem at all cashing out. Then again you may be in the situation I posted earlier where the skims may be traced to you.

I have found cards on the ground that people drop and cars run over them in the parking lot and i skim it and get an ipod or so from it.

Get a cashier and get him/her to skim for you. Get skimmers for pos or atm or gas pumps. Im telling you, if you are buying from the same vendors that are known good then its the dumps and the banks.
