Lucky, you're a good guy. But the valid rate of the base "Caesar" is 95-100% Anyone can purchase 10 dumps and check them up and see that 9 out of 10 or 10 out of 10 will be working. If something didn't work for you, that means you simply don't know the right bins that work good in your region, and you hit a region-block or you got call for auth. Dumps were perfectly working, after you tried them, they've been locked and you come back for replacement. Yes, I do understand that you didn't make money off of them, but my job is to sell you working dumps. Your job - to know which banks (bins) work well in your country. I cannot be responsible for that. I refunded you all your money off the balance. Try another shop, maybe you get more luck.

Rescator, replacement time is not good for a lot of us. In the past, you knew the valid rate evidently, now I agree, your valid rate is great! But 3 hours is not good. I am afraid of loading 1k or more because 3 hours is not enough time to ensure valid rate. I, for one, have to order small quantities.

Suggestion, make dumps lower amount, $7 to $10 NO REPLACEMENTS at all. I will take my chances with that. And the way dumps been hitting lately, prices should be lower. Just a suggestion bro.
