5. DUMPS + PIN
Usually only scammers sell "Dump Cards with PIN" all over the world, and claim that they have NEVER had a single case of mail interception because they supposedly use hidden "tracking" methods when they send packages. Never believe them and don't buy anything or you will just lose your money and nerves.

If you need "RAW Dump + PIN", you can install a skimmer and then get a "track 2 + PIN", which you can write on a dummy and cash the card at an ATM.

Hello @Cloned Boy i had 2 valid dumps that i wrote 2 weeks ago , both had 1.8k of balance i had receipts i only use the msrx software no emv but when i try to pull the money out it said denied and the other atm swallowed the card

Is that zip code region lock problem because im at 90% of cashing 201 + pin easily
