Dumps and French tolls

I would use Whitecard to move to French motorway tolls.
I know that there's opportunity to buy dumps Fr (it is rare) and it goes without problems, but to buy a dump $ 80 for a € 50 barrier is useless.

I was told it was possible to generate or even the track2 (and hence 1) and encode.
Since I do not intend to sell (I have a lot of cards) it does not matter if it only works 6 hours.
I encode several whitecards before taking the car.

To understand how the track2 is made I am looking for old dumps cc French.

I'm open to all reviews

Only take 3-4 dumps from the public freebies whatever the country of the dumps it be ok

I have not found many dumps French, but I think I understand the construction of track2
I have just one question, what are the last 5 digits of track2??

For example: 5133209667503011 = 130920164680468xxxxx
Instead of xxx, I have mettres special digits depending on the credit card or bank, or I can put anything??
On valid French cards that I have read in my msr, I got:
7000 for a visa
9000 for a mastercard
