Your best bet is banana countries, forget about USA/CA/AU/EU/MEXICO/MIDDLE EAST counties like Dubai and surrounding countries.
They will not work.
Maybe Pakistan - but working ratio is very low there also now.
Lloyds at least are dead for cashing now.
446272 and 492182 i was making killings with them few years ago as they are gold /plat and were paying 500 pounds limits days in row.
Now they dead for cashing, good luck finding cashier but in my opinion you wont find, at the best you will find people who have no clue about uk 201 and never worked before with them willing to "try" and "give you results and receipts scans very fast" or noobs that think all that pigs fly and all d+p give cash.You will lose your time and nerves. The pros cashiers wont even bother with uk 201 .You wont get 1$ fom them.
