Dump fullz!!

Hi I currently waiting on a few dump fullz all info even down to what device they use. My question is,

If I wanted to put them on a card for in store use what tools would I need to write the card and what software? Also the process?

Or would it be easier to just do online orders which was my plan but there are so many choices?
