Masking the main telegram account [ios / android]
Let's say you want to hide your correspondence from someone... Can this be done?
Since demand dictates supply, soon after telegram has become wildly popular with users, there is a burning question: how can it hide information that a person does not want to put on public display? So the "double bottom" theory was born.
What is a "double bottom"?
Imagine the situation: you are forced to open your Telegram, show your account and correspondence, say, a week ago. There's a lot of stuff that you shouldn't show or don't want to show. With the help of a "double bottom", you can safely show people what they want without showing them anything.
Your account is clear. They won't find any important information there. And they don't even know that you just show them a clean account, and the other one, which contains the necessary information, is hidden. Here it is — "double bottom"!
There are two options, depending on the OS you are using.
Instructions for iOS:
1) Go to the AppStore, enter TestFlight in the search, and install.
2) Go to the TestFligh t app and confirm your consent to participate in the beta testing of applications.
3) Follow the link for testing the Postufgram client for TG beta application.
4) Click accept, install the app, and click open.
5) Open the Telegram icon, log in to the white account.
6) Once logged in, go to "Settings", "Privacy", see the "Double Bottom" category, go (you must do this within 60 seconds, then this item will disappear! The countdown starts from the moment you log in to your first account).
7) Go through all the points according to the instructions, click enable, add account, go through authorization in the shadow account, and set 2 code passwords, one for the white account, the second for the shadow one.
8) Now, when you launch the app, depending on the code you enter, you will be logged in to one or another account.
According to the developers, the application is an alternative Telegram client with a "Double Bottom" function. You will be able to hide your accounts and gain access only through unique code passwords. There are no other changes in the app. It is completely identical to the original one. It is recommended to disable notifications in the gray account so as not to give yourself away
The app's source code.
We will use the alternative telegram client Graph Messenger (ex. Telegraph), which has an insanely large number of add-ons for Telegram.
1) You can download it from Market (There are ads, but you don't need to download it for updates), or from 4pda (If you get a 404 error when downloading, you need to log in)
2) After installation, you need to log in, then click on the menu:
3) Go to the "Telegraph Settings"category
4) Click on "hidden accounts"
5) Go to Hidden Accounts and come up with a PIN code (You don't need to use the Graphic Key, it doesn't affect anything if you have chosen a PIN code).
6) Next, exit the settings and add a second account to the client.
7) Click on the gear next to the required account:
8) Click "hide" your account
9) Double bottom ready to enter the hidden account, you need to hold your finger on your avatar and enter the password code.
I welcome you. I once came across the idea of masking my Telegram account, and decided to combine the information and write an article on this issue.
