What is the service people use to obtain or construct a Drivers License?
I have found a website that produces a barcode, but no actual template- for example an area to write DOB, ID number, Photo, etc.
I want to make it myself. I dont want to pay some guy on telegram that is overcharging me.
I was informed by someone that does this service on telegram, said it costs 20$ to produce, but he did not tell me the website, and he could be lying.
Where can i find the actual template?
