Introduction
Once upon a time I rolled out a post about Detachment 731 - a terrible Japanese institution in which inhuman experiments were carried out on people. But not Japan alone. Those who taught history remember very well that in the first half of the last century, there was another state in Europe, which was not distinguished by its tolerance, in particular to one long-nosed nation. The philosophy of the Third Reich was contradictory to say the least. They forbade conducting medical experiments on people and animals, but on the poor Jews they had a chance to break free. Well, now let us recall the most disgusting of them, and if you come by, the next step will be the United States, which is also not distinguished by the high morality of individual scientists.

Doctor Death
Once upon a time there was such a German comrade Josef Mengele. At first, his biography did not stand out in any way. He joined the Nazi Party, then at the beginning of the war he was an ordinary soldier of the medical troops. But after several military exploits and rescuing comrades from a burning tank, Joseph began a rapid career growth. The rank of Haupsturmführer and the Iron Cross were brought to Mengele to the doctor's office in Auschwitz, and a little later he became the head physician of the most famous death camp. It was there that Joseph was able to show all the qualities of his sick psyche. It is not clear what became the main catalyst for his scientific sophistication - the noble goals to bring the contribution of development to science, or fierce hatred of the entire Jewish people and craving for sadism. The fact remains that during his career, Joseph killed more than one thousand human lives and went down in history as the initiator of the most cruel experiments on people in the history of mankind. Unfortunately, for his brutal crimes, he never received the appropriate punishment. After the defeat of the Nazis, he managed to escape to Latin America, cleverly hid himself and died at a rather old age. Nevertheless, we still remember the most terrible of his experiences. Now I will tell you about some of them.

Twins
"Doctor Death" was especially interested in the twins. In the concentration camp, they were treated with special trepidation. Jewish twin children were allowed to see their parents, wear normal clothes, and sometimes even play with Dr. Mengele himself. But Joseph had a peculiar idea of playing with children. At first, he played ball with them, and then brutally tortured them. He wanted to learn about the genetics of twins. For this, one of the twins was infected with serious diseases like tuberculosis and typhoid. When he died, the other was cut open alive and it was observed whether something had changed with the internal organs. Children were injected with various drugs directly in the eyes to see if their color could be artificially changed. After all, Hitler always dreamed of a homogeneous blue-eyed nation. Internal organs were stupidly cut out of several thousand children, and we watched what would happen next. Not surprisingly, out of 3,000 Jewish twins, only 300 survived. And even that is not the worst thing. One day Mendele decided to recreate the Siamese twins. To do this, he sewed together two gypsy children as a result of which they died in terrible agony.

Castration
One of the goals of the Nazis was to get rid of the Jewish people completely. Castration became a reliable method, since living Jews could be used as slaves. Both women and men received intravenous injections of iodine nitrate and silver. This method allowed the test subjects to be sterilized, but led to side effects, such as profuse bleeding. Nothing wrong! Radiation was used as an alternative to chemicals, and after a while they were opened to check the effect. It was also a common practice to spray the test subjects' genitals with various nasty things, which destroyed the ovaries in women.

Homosexuals
The command of the Third Reich has never been particularly tolerant of minorities, and it is even difficult to imagine what they could do with same-sex Jews. Unfortunately, there is no need to guess, all the data on the experiments have been preserved. Initially, the Nazis were guided by distorted good intentions and wanted to discover a cure for homosexuality. To achieve this goal, they sewed capsules with male hormone into the groin area of some captive gays, and then forced them to have sex with women, believing that in this way they could make normal men out of them. As you may have guessed, nothing worked.

Contribution
As absurd as it sounds, Mengele's experiments have brought some benefit to the world scientific community. Experiments with blood transfusion have brought a lot of valuable information to the modern industry, and locking people in pressure chambers saved the lives of a certain number of military pilots. However, this is just a drop in the bucket. Most of the experiments did not bring any scientific contribution, but only consumed thousands of innocent lives. It is now evident, through his experiments, that Doctor Death was for the most part amused and thus expressed his hatred of the Jewish nation. This is how it is - the human embodiment of the true devil.

Test subjects are not rats

Tuskegee

If the Germans hated Jews, then at one time the Americans breathed unevenly towards African Americans. Accordingly, experiments on the dark-skinned population were given somehow easier in terms of conscience. In 1932, American scientists decided to understand syphilis. Surely they themselves were frequent consumers of sex services, so they wanted to know what would happen in case of infection. I didn't want to experience it myself, so we decided to watch 400 poor African-American men from the town of Tuskegee, who had already been sick with syphilis for a year. Now, here are some interesting facts.

The dark-skinned subjects seemed to give their consent to the experiment, but had no idea what it was about. They hoped in vain that they would be cured, but the scientists did not even intend to. On the contrary, they ensured that no medical treatment was provided to sick test subjects. Even when it turned out that penicillin is an excellent cure for syphilis, all the information was hidden and no one treated the infected. For exactly 40 years, they infected their loved ones and transmitted diseases to newborn children, so that the number of cases reached 600 people. As a result, more than 100 test subjects have died, and the US Health Service has received lullies from the public.

Midnight climax
It's no secret that the secret services often initiate the most controversial decisions, including in terms of experiments on people. The CIA in this case is far from an exception. In the middle of the last century, the guys from the department were trying to find ways to control human creation.

The relatively new drugs heroin and LSD appeared to be promising means for achieving such goals. How the experiment went. Special agents recruited prostitutes and forced them to inject dope on their clients. When a pumped up test subject had sexual intercourse with a prostitute, the agents recorded everything that happened from the next room. Although the guys learned a lot about the effects of psychedelics, the psyche of some truckers cannot be returned.

Albert Kligman
American counterpart of Doctor Death from the last issue. Only now we have Doctor Pimple in our studio. Half-blooded Ukrainian Kligman devoted his whole life to the study of various skin diseases. Perhaps as a child, he himself suffered from some of them, or perhaps he was simply attracted to girls with pronounced acne. In the 1960s, the government approved his program to conduct experiments on the skin of unscrupulous prisoners. Both the army and private pharmaceutical companies were interested in his work. The former wanted Albert to invent a means to protect soldiers from chemical weapons, while the latter simply wanted to test the safety of their newest creams and powders. Dozens of prisoners were coated with tons of chemicals every day, after which most of them stupidly died from complications. But Albert managed to find one of the most effective drugs for acne - Retin A.

P.S. We actively comment and rate this post. I have a lot of interesting things saved for you for the next few days.
