It is possible that for some, the phrase "day zero" will seem absurd. But let's first figure out what it is.
Day zero is a day during which not a single step has been taken to achieve any of the goals set for yourself.
Even being in a storm of apathy, laziness, sadness and melancholy, you are still able to get rid of "these days". Will help 0.01% of the effort.
That is, if your goal is to read a book, take a moment and read at least one sentence. Get yourself in order for the summer? Squeeze out 1 time. Learn English? Discover one new word. Want to write a book? Write one sentence.
