Hello everyone, i am new here. I want to ask if it’s necessary to have a new device when carding as a noob? Should i buy a new mobile/laptop?

You can work from any device that has Internet access.
Carding from a phone is better than from a laptop or personal computer.
If you want to engage in carding on a device on which your personal data was stored (real name, surname, photos, etc.), then you must delete it, format the hard drives and replace the hardware identifiers with new ones.
You can work with both a used device and a new one.
