How I know, to bypass AVS we need type bill=shipp address (Example: 1037 Ave St Chicago 99999; Shipping same as billing) or I can use shipping address near KH(Example:Billing 1037 Ave St Chicago 99999;Shipping 1049 Free St Chicago 99899). And also, delivery service are going to the house of KH or do the nearest mail service for hold(KH need to go with ID to this post) ?
