AND YOU SEE DUMPS CASH OUT SERVICE because... some people have dp in countries that dont work.. so they need cashier in othres country then. they give a % to that people.. but only trusted cashier and whit good reputation . can do this ,. becasue no body will trust in somebody .. just becasue say .. i can do it.... and tellme what is HF
