(D+P) inquiry ?

Dear Members,

I would like to receive some help regarding 140 pcs d+p that i collected with a vx670 myself.
Myself being programmer of vx670,collected 140 d+p from 1 spot last week.
Problem that I'm having is most of the TD's,Cibc's,before i use to work them in atm where you can only swipe no chip needed and used to work great.

Now,
No more.not even 0 $ even if done in canada.

I sent 4 pcs to my friend in holland and 4 pcs to my friend in usa,all cards gave 80 CASH withdrawl on atm.
Not 1 $ more.
Only 80 $ and stopped .

Anyone having same problems ?
And can anyone give any suggestions ?

Atleast you are getting $80 from each cards, i have a base here which doesn't spit a dime.

Try in something a little more local to Canada like the USA. I cant say it will work but its a alot closer than Holland.
