d+p cashout n00b question

Ok. i thought i had it clear but reading got me a little confused.

ccs in my country have chip. If i skimm for dump and get pin with spycam on atm, when i go to atm to cash out, can i use blank card with only magnetic band ?

no. only if you found one ATM that don't read CHIP cards.

how would i know if an atm doesnt read chip? Trying alot of them i guess ? lol

So, whats the solution? Skimmer reads track from magnetic band, then that info is useless to me?

or can i put that info into chip?

or is there skimmers that get chip info instead of magnetic band info?

or whats the solution to get pins and cash them on atm in my situation ?

Lol, thanks...

You don't have to worry about cashing out. You will get money out of the pins, unless its UK and a couple of other Eu countries which now allow cashout from ATM only within the country.

You can either use a d+p cashier at 30% or go yourself to a 101 country (Asian countries, latin america etc)
