25+ resources promise to bypass the kicksharing rules.

F. A. C. C. T specialists found at least 25 resources that suggest circumventing the rules of kicksharing services. These resources include groups in social networks, channels, and messenger bots that offer users various ways to illegally use electric scooters.

Attackers entice users with lucrative offers: buying accounts with loyalty program points, discount promo codes, help in registering new accounts, access to the supposedly official application of kicksharing service employees for unlimited trips, and even instructions on mass account registration. Prices for such services range from 20 to 2,000 rubles.

Potential buyers are not only minors or users who have been blocked for violating the rules, but also those who simply want to save on travel expenses.

However, as the F. A. C. C. T. warns, the use of such offers is fraught with serious consequences:
  • Penalties and blocking from kicksharing services.
  • Personal data leaks, viruses, and loss of money.
  • Criminal liability if stolen accounts are used.

The company noted that the sale of accounts with bonuses and other offers may be real. However, experts emphasize that transactions are conducted through the messenger, so there is no guarantee that the buyer will not be deceived.
