Crypto Seed Phrase With Balance Searching Software

Hello Professionals.
I have seen a software circulating on S.M which is able to generate random seed phrases, check for balances and save seed phrases with non-zero balance. Can you please give me some information on how to get the legit software or from whom I could get it? I have tried downloading some from github but it's difficult to go through all the coding as a novice in coding. I have also contacted some software developers on this platform but most of them either do not have the software or couldn't make one for me. Please help me with some information. Thank you.

Thanks for the response. I am aware most of them on S.M are scams, and also aware the almost impossibleness of finding a wallet with "balance" in using such softwares, however, I want to know if it is possible I can get the clean software or someone on this platform could make me the software for a fee.

Any information on how to get the clean software will be very much appreciated.
