Yes, but I prefer self reg high reputation mails, corporate mails with Loginass require extra verification a lot of times, you can also register your own corporate mail with a website but Its more work

Yes namecheap works

I don't think anyone sells high rep mails with login : pass they come as self reg which is better because you have full control of it
