Life is a series of events and emotional experiences. Everyone is more or less prone to excessive twisting and whining. But you know what? Those who complain the most receive the least in the end.
The harsh reality of such an approach to life is that complaints and reasoning about what should be and how it should be, or what could be, cannot change the situation in any way. Action is needed here.
If a person hates their colleagues and the work they do, what should they do in this situation? Whine? Unlikely. You need to change your place of work, or your attitude towards it.
Can't do something? Should you complain and blame everyone you come across that nothing comes of it? Probably not. Rather, you need to change the approach to business.
Complaining and whining is, unfortunately, one of the most common topics in human conversations. Everyone complains about something, and complains constantly. Either work, then the queue at the store, then something is wrong with the car, then you have to pay for the apartment, and then such people claim that life is one problem.
Life becomes such only if these problems are not solved in any way. But, what is most surprising, people prefer to talk about empty things and exchange complaints, not wanting to change anything in their lives. Real world-class cognitive dissonance.
Homo sapiens prefers to solve problems rather than discuss them. And the one who strives for a better version of himself, like no one else, should understand this.
We sincerely hope that constant whining is unusual for you, and if it is, you should know that you need to work on it.
