The law "On Digital Currency and Digital Rights" has been approved by the government and submitted to the State Duma.
Key changes:
*Cryptocurrency will be officially permitted for purchase and sale, but only through licensed exchanges, brokers, and exchangers (starting July 1 of next year).
*Transactions without intermediaries (including P2P transfers) will be prohibited; transactions through foreign platforms without Russian intermediaries will be effectively closed.
*Cryptocurrency payments will no longer be permitted within Russia, but businesses will retain this option for foreign trade transactions.
*Only large cryptocurrencies (with a market capitalization of ~5 trillion rubles over two years)—Bitcoin and Ethereum—will be allowed in trading.
*Transactions abroad are permitted, but they must be reported to the tax authorities.

Hello. Unfortunately, this is true. The Qiwi payment system has been shut down and is no longer operational. It's included in the thread title because that was the default thread title for all forums we used when Qiwi was still operational and we collaborated with them.

On April 25, a reorganization of 13 blocks was detected in the Litecoin network following an attack using a zero-day vulnerability.

According to the report, the attackers carried out a DoS attack, which disrupted the operation of large mining pools.

Against this backdrop, nodes running outdated software began confirming invalid transactions in the MimbleWimble privacy zone. This allowed the attackers to operate "empty" coins and send them to third-party DEXs, effectively implementing double spending.

Developers quickly intervened: they reorganized the chain and removed all fake transactions from the current version of the blockchain.
