Is this possible yet?

I've heard it was extremely difficult and near impossible. Is there ways around this and if not, are there other methods of talking for free?

You have to use Comp V. 1 SimCards in order to clone them

Do a search on google for them, there are reader/writers for those simcards

just buy sim chips on ebay (50X your carrier here), then use cvv2 to do unlimited each month. For a stable number. Get a permanate skype/Voip/or SIP number, and then have it foward to whatever your ever-changing-mobile is.
